CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE GOLD FORUM
INTRODUCTION
Similar to the public square or market place in ancient Rome, the Gold Forum will be a public meeting place or medium for open discussion. All are invited to be passive listeners and/or active participants.
We gather at the Gold Forum to learn from one another by sharing knowledge, exchanging
ideas, thoughts and opinions. To illuminate and to be educated. Gentlemanly conduct will
be the attire of the day? and all forms of precious metals investments the topic of the hour.
Gold-Eagle nor its Sponsor do not necessarily endorse any statements that are made, or
assert the truthfulness or reliability of the information provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE GOLD FORUM
- You agree to refrain from using the FORUM for the following activities:
- Making statements that are grossly offensive including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
- Indulging in abusive, defamatory or harassing behavior or insults or personal attacks with intent to provoke an individual and/or the Forum.
- Using vocabulary that would generally be considered offensive in a public place.
- Indulging in racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious slurs, making lewd remarks, disruptive behavior of any kind including statements that incite others to violate the rules.
- Excessive shouting (use of all caps) or flooding (continuous posting of repetitive text).
- We encourage communication between the Forum members, but posting or transmitting of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to the Forum, except in those areas that maybe designated for such a purpose are not allowed.
- Abusers of the above Terms and Conditions will be subject to appropriate action to protect the harmony of the Forum.
- Neither GOLD-EAGLE, its Sponsor nor its access providers are responsible for the content of the Gold Forum. That responsibility lies solely with the people using the Gold Forum, since they are the ones creating the content. The opinions and views expressed in the Forum do not necessarily reflect those of Gold-Eagle, its Sponsor or its access provider.
- Participants can be held legally liable for the contents of their speech, and may be held legally accountable if their speech includes, for example, defamatory comments.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold-Eagle, its Sponsor and its access provider for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from, or in connection with the contents of your speech and your use of the Gold Forum.
