A Bribery Bidding War: Can Democrats Offer $6,000 Checks If They Win?

With poll numbers in the gutter, President Trump seems to have moved to bribery for the upcoming elections -- $5,000 for Americans if the Republicans win. Could the Democrats offer up $6,000 if they win? Could there be a bribery bidding war? Should Americans be bribed (with their own money) by politicians who have sunk the nation into $40 Trillion worth of debt?
