Precious Metals Continue To Trade Higher Amid Escalating Ukraine Tensions

Singapore (Mar 11) Gold prices traded higher by 0.51% against the USD  at 1348.55 per ounce, as demand for safe-haven assets rose after media reports showed that Russian troops opened fire at Ukrainian military post in Crimea. Silver edges up 17 cents to $21,13 and platinum rises $5 to $1479.50, while palladium is up $3.50 to $778.00.
