MCX Comdex ends up 2%

MUMBAI-INDIA  (Sept 3)  MCX Comdex, the composite index of metals, energy and agro-commodities was up by 2.09% to 4,625.81 followed by MCX Energy index, which was up by 2.26% to 5,047.07 and MCX Metal index was up by 2.03% to 5,667.19.Bullion showed uptrend.

Gold October 13 contract was up by 2.36% to Rs 33,845 per 10 grams. Silver September 13 contract was up by 2.85% to Rs 56,521 per kg.Metals too showed uptrend.

Copper November 13 contract was up by 1.44% to Rs 503.20 per kg. Lead October 13 contract was up by 1.09% to Rs 148.10 per kg. Nickel October 13 contract was up by 1.67% to Rs 947.80 per kg.

Aluminium September 13 contract was up by 0.90% to Rs 122.80 per kg. Zinc October 13 contract was up by 1.48% to Rs 130.55 per kg.

Energy showed upmove. Natural gas October 13 contract was up by 2.16% to Rs 259.90 per MMBTU. Crude oil November 13 contract was up by 2.54% to Rs 7,382 per barrel.
