Gold prices down for 7th week in row
London (Dec 24) Gold prices recorded its seventh-straight weekly fall, the longest weekly losing streak since 12 years. Gold prices closed last week down 0.3%, Dow Jones reported on Saturday.
The US dollar index fell 0.06% to 103.03 points against a basket of currencies.
