Need HUI to confirm any breakout

If we get Gold above 1240 / Silver above 17.50 we will still need confirmation by the 3rd partner of HUI 200-210.
If general market tanks and drags HUI down it will become an anchor hold entire complex down.
Of course these are mere baby steps out of depths of smash down and bear PM market but you have to start somewhere. all three must go along.
