The US, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and a few others, have and are financing a number of clandestine subversive organizations in the middle east that have and are supporting ISIS/Daesh to further the military and political aims of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey. Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar are all selling ISIS/Daesh oil to the world market. What is now called Iraq today is in reality three provinces. The Shia part, the Sunni part, Kurdish part. The Sunni (Daesh Group) part is presently under the control of ISIS but that will change in the future. Israel and USA are smuggling weapons to the ISIS through Lebanon. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are smuggling weapons to the Sunnis (Daesh Group) in Iraq Syria and Yemen. Sooner or later the Sunnis (Daesh Group) will turn against the ISIS. But right now they need their support and brutality that is bringing so much fear to the non Sunnis who want to leave and settle in Europe. The idea behind the brutality, is to get them to leave.
It is no secret that Putin and Netanyahu have agreed to share info on Syria for a simple reason, they fear the Sunnis (Daesh Group). It is no secret that Iraq's Shia government is working with Iran and Syria, and both of them are working close with Russia. Russia does not want a gas pipeline going through Syria to supply the European market. Russia does not want to loose access to the warm water port that borders Syria. The Saudis see that. (I see Russia at some point in the future take control of Syria.) The Saudis want to control the flow of oil and gas through Iraq, Syria and Yemen. The way it is right now, Saudi Arabia with their proxi (Daesh Group) control most of the ground needed to lay the needed pipelines to be in the future. But having control of that land does not make it safe to build a pipeline.
The Saudis, Qatar and Turkey want the Sunnis to control Iraq, Syria and Yemen. Saudi Arabia is bombing Yemen to remove the Houthis so the Sunnis (Daesh Group) can retake their control there.
Saudi Arabia is now talking with Russia to create an alliance for oil and gas production agreement. Saudi Arabia is unable to achieve its objectives against US shale oil producers, and thus is looking for help from Russia. A plan for a two-tier oil market, one for the USA and one for the rest of the world will most likely come to be. The US has a two-tier gold system, the physical price and the credit/debt creation price. The Saudis no longer want to sell their oil for US$s, nor do the Russians. They hope that their oil sold to the rest of the world will not be sold for US$s but in their respective currency and gold, gold they need for credit/debt creation, a tool to gain more control over people in the same way as is practiced over here. To counter that Obama made a deal with Iran on the so called nuke deal that really is an oil deal. Obama wants Iran to accept US$'s for their oil.
The USA has a problem in the middle east that is not easily fixed. Sunni leaders in Iraq and Syria see the operations against them by the USA and so called coalition, not as a triumph for democracy but as a campaign against them. They don't even want the so called democracy Saudi Arabia their brothers have. The west keeps saying that Assad has slaughtered his own people, when in reality the Sunni population of Syria feel they never were part to Assad's Syria. Assad made the mistake of thinking he controlled all of Syria. He like his father never did and never will. Obama keeps saying that we have unparalleled liberty and prosperity, and that we are there to bring them that unlimited prosperity and liberty. All sides of the war in the middle east know that is a big line of bullshit. The Sunni people see our meddling as a means to control their resources (oil).
The situation is getting worse by the day in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Both Qatar and Saudi Arabian government investment funds have opened offices in the USA to invest over $80Billion here in the USA, in order to keep that money out of the hands of the rebels in their own country. A lot of Japanese and European money is being moved into the USA in order to avoid possible defaults there. A lot of rich Chinese are moving money out of that country into the USA.
A few days ago Yellen made a speech where she stood silent for 20+ seconds, more then once. She said, "but if the economy surprises us, our judgments about appropriate monetary policy will change." What she wanted to say is that the Fed will raise the interest rate this fall... unless it doesn't. It is very possible we go from ZIRP to NIRP.
It is beginning to look like it NIRP may just win out. For every 1/4 point increase, an extra 3% of tax revenue will be needed to cover the extra cost of interest on government debt. Same is true with increased earnings needed in the corporate world to cover the extra cost of interest on debts.
With oil prices down, and food prices coming down, it is hopped that consumers will spend more. But the problem is that the consumers are strapped down with debt, and more and more consumers want to get off the credit/debt system which allows them to opt out of the workforce. More and more people are in the underground economy of being on food stamps, section 8, and work for cash only.
If I was the Fed I would pay $1200 a month for people who want to work towards self sufficiency that are on food stamps or (and) Section 8. Make the program good for 5 years. Pay that $1200 a month with cash (not borrowed into existence) like our money supply is.
Obama and Putin made speeches at the UN today. In the meantime China is moving an aircraft carrier there, but does not want it to be known. Guess who is going to be using it. (Russia)
