Technical Analysis demands that we be BEARISH ON STOCKS

Especially on NASDAQ stocks...SPORTING A BEARISH DOUBLE TOP (2000 & 2007).

It is deja vu 2000-2001 and 2007-2008....all over again (like Yogi Berra would express it).
