Dollar Little Changed Following Housing Starts, Building Permits

Brussels (Dec 16)  The US housing starts and building permits for November have been released at  8:30 am ET Tuesday  . Following the data, the greenback changed little against its major rivals.

The greenback was trading at 116.41 against the yen, 0.9589 against the franc, 1.2528 against the euro and 1.5745 against the pound around  8:34 am ET.
