Gold price opens higher in Hong Kong
Hong Kong (Jan 2) The gold price in Hong Kong went up 60 HK dollars to open at 11,220 HK dollars per tael on Thursday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.The price is equivalent to 1,215.26 US dollars a troy ounce, up 6.5 US dollars at the latest exchange rate of one US dollar against 7.75 HK dollars.
