US equities market rises in concert with China stocks
New York (Sept 8) In early futures trading US stocks jumped more than 268 points reflecting a rise in the Shanghai Stock Index, which rose nearly 3%. Additionally, the US greenback firmed vis-a-vis most foreign currencies.
